Welcome to Arelia Jewelers. By using areliajewelers.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell certified lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry. Every loose diamond is sold with its independent grading report; product specifications on a product page come from that report. Screen images are illustrative — diamonds are photographed or rendered at scale and color reproduction varies by display.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Each loose diamond is a unique item; in the rare case an item you ordered has become unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We may cancel and refund any order that we cannot fulfill or that fails our payment/fraud review.

Orders and payment. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm shipment. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider. We ship only to addresses in the United States; see our Shipping Policy for rates, insurance, and signature requirements.

Returns. See our Refund Policy for the return window and process. Returned items must be in original condition with their grading report; missing reports incur a report-replacement fee.

Custom and made-to-order items. Jewelry manufactured to order (e.g., a specific metal and carat-weight combination) begins production after purchase; lead times are stated in the Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property. All site content (text, images, design) belongs to Arelia Jewelers or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Warranty and disclaimers. Product-specific warranty terms, where offered, are stated on the product page or provided with your order documentation. Except as expressly stated, products are provided as described in their grading reports, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
