Welcome to Arelia Jewelers. By using areliajewelers.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell certified loose lab-grown diamonds. Every loose diamond is sold with its independent grading report; product specifications on a product page come from that report. Screen images are illustrative — diamonds are photographed or rendered at scale and color reproduction varies by display.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may cancel and refund any order that we cannot fulfill or that fails our payment/fraud review.

Every diamond is one of a kind. Our diamonds are individual stones, and some are listed by more than one retailer. Once you order, we confirm and secure your diamond right away. In the rare case that it sells before we can secure it, we'll let you know quickly. You can choose from comparable diamonds we hand-select for you, or get a full refund. We will never substitute a different stone without your approval.

Orders and payment. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm shipment. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider. We ship only to addresses in the United States; see our Shipping Policy for rates, insurance, and signature requirements.

Returns. 14-day returns, no restocking fee; see our Refund Policy for full details. Returns must be pre-authorized. Email hello@areliajewelers.com first. Returned diamonds must be unset, undamaged, in original condition and packaging, with the GCAL certificate. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer pays return shipping, which must be sent by 2-day or overnight service, fully insured for the item's value, signature required. Returns shipped after the 14-day window may be refused.

Intellectual property. All site content (text, images, design) belongs to Arelia Jewelers or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Warranty and disclaimers. Product-specific warranty terms, where offered, are stated on the product page or provided with your order documentation. Except as expressly stated, products are provided as described in their grading reports, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
