Every Arelia order ships fully insured with tracking and signature required on delivery — typically via FedEx — because that's how fine jewelry should travel.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

When your order ships

• Loose diamonds are in stock and typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.
• Jewelry and engagement settings are crafted to order for you; please allow 3–4 weeks before dispatch. We'll keep you updated by email.

Security and discretion

• Every shipment is insured for its full value while in transit.
• An adult signature is required at delivery — packages are never left unattended.
• Packaging is discreet: nothing on the outside indicates that jewelry or diamonds are inside.
