Can I buy a loose diamond on its own?
Yes. Every loose diamond on the site ships as a standalone stone with its IGI or GIA certificate. You can set it later in any mounting — one of ours, an heirloom piece, or one from a different jeweler entirely. The certificate stays with the stone, so the grading travels with it.
How long until my ring ships?
Each ring is crafted to order and ships in 3–4 working weeks via insured shipping to US locations. You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our manufacturer.
What if my partner's ring size is wrong?
Resizing is covered under our 7-day return policy. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return for resizing or exchange. Beyond 7 days, resizing may be available under our manufacturer warranty — contact us with details.
Are these real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds. Every stone we sell is independently graded and certified by a recognized lab (typically GIA or IGI). The certificate is linked on every product page before you purchase.
Can I see the diamond's certificate before I buy?
Yes — every loose diamond on our site links to its grading certificate (GIA, IGI, or equivalent). Open the certificate and verify the carat, color, clarity, and cut grade for the exact stone you're considering.
What is your return policy?
7-day returns from the date of delivery. Returns ship directly to our manufacturer for inspection. Items must be in original condition with all certificates and packaging.
Are these conflict-free?
Lab-grown diamonds are produced in controlled facilities, not mined — so the conflict-diamond risks associated with traditional mining supply chains do not apply.
Why are lab-grown diamonds less expensive than mined?
The mined-diamond price reflects mining, decades-long supply chains, and heavy industry-wide marketing. Lab-grown skips all three: the stone is identical at the molecular level, but the price is 30–50% lower for equivalent specs.
How is my ring shipped and insured?
All US orders ship insured with tracking. Larger purchases are shipped with signature required. We do not currently ship internationally.
